Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
COD Charges: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping charge of Rs. 100 per product will be added to your order total.
Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. Our team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed and shipped out quickly.
Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, prepaid orders are prioritized and delivered faster, usually within 3-5 business days.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via email/SMS, allowing you to track the status of your order.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The footwear can be exchanged for another style of the same value. If any exchange is of the lower price, the balance amount will be emailed to you in the form of a credit note. Product must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt Your exchange product will be dispatched within 5-7 days after we receive the package in our warehouse. MyMy allows product exchange for the same or above the amount of the purchased order. We help you pick the perfect shoe size by following universally prevalent size standards.
If you would still like to exchange your pair for a different size or pair, please inform us within 48 hours from the time of the product delivery. The product should reach us in its original shape and packaging. Your exchange request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used. We do not allow refunds of orders once placed.
Our international orders normally take around 7 – 10 working days to get delivered. Our shipping charges are standard for all countries across the globe, Rs 3100, except India. The charges may vary according to the number of pairs being delivered.
Depending on your location and the customs laws of your area, you may have to pay import duties. For international orders, we do not offer exchange or refund.
