Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
The product must be unused
Product must be in the original packaging with the receipt
Product must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt
If the purchase is from a retail store or 3rd party other than MyMy!, then the inquiry must be done directly with the retailer or 3rd party.
RETURNS
For the article purchased on MRP, we offer refund to your bank account excluding shipping and COD charges.
No return policy on article purchased on discounted price/sale article. Only exchanges can be done.

PROCEDURE
- Please pack MyMy! Footwear in the original packaging received with your name and details.
- Courier it to our warehouse address – MyMy Footwear, Plot No.76/8 123/768 Factory Area, Fazalganj, Kanpur- 208012.
-Your amount will be transferred to your bank account within 10-15 days of the product in our warehouse.
EXCHANGE
The footwear can be exchanged for another style of the same value.
If any exchange is of the lower price, the balance amount will be emailed to you in the form of a credit note.
Product must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt
Your exchange product will be dispatched within 5-7 days after we receive the package in our warehouse.
Note:
We do not facilitate second-time exchanges or reverse pick-ups for an order.
Pairs bought on SALE price will only be exchanged, not returned
