- Wrong color

- Items that you return/replace should not be used, tampered.
- All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, embellishments such as belts, locks, straps, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
- Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
- Refund or replacement will be initiated once we receive your item and pass it through the necessary quality checks.
- Products sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.
- No responsibility for any loss/damage in the embellishments after the product has been used.
- In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your amount.
- Only non-discounted products are eligible for return/refund.
- Contact us within 7-10 working days for any return/replacement.
- The amount will be initiated back to you within 15-20 working days.
